General Conditions of Sale

The general terms and conditions of sale below govern the contractual relationship between the company FOR ME K SPRL (via its website appart17.be) and its client.

These general terms and conditions apply to all products we offer and inform clients of the bond that links them to the company FOR ME K SPRL.

Consequently, the act of purchasing a product offered for sale on our website constitutes acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The buyer acknowledges having read these terms prior to their purchase. Sales under the current terms of sale listed below are subject to Belgian law.

Article 1 – Company Identity

The company FOR ME K SPRL operates under the trade name APPART N17, with its registered office located at 17 RUE DES GRANDS CARMES 1000 BRUSSELS. We can be reached Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. via email (contact@appart17.be) and by phone (+32 2 503 13 95). Our VAT number is BE 05 41 97 19 59.

Article 2 – Orders

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Delivery charges must be added to this amount. All orders are payable in euros at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order and its validation. Following your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing a summary of your order.

Products remain our property until the price is paid in full and permanently.

Article 3 – Payment Methods

The payment methods are as follows:

  • Credit card (Mastercard, Visa)
  • Bancontact
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer

Article 4 – Shipping and Delivery

Two delivery methods are offered to you during order validation:

  • Delivery to a pickup point via Mondial Relay: €5.90 in Belgium, €7.90 in France, €9.90 in the rest of the European Union.
  • Home delivery via DPD: €8.90 in Belgium, €9.90 in France and the European Union.

Delivery is free on purchases of €75 or more in Belgium, France, and the European Union. For deliveries outside the European Union, a standard international rate of €29 applies. The exact delivery charges are displayed before order validation.

For each order placed, we will send you a tracking number so that you can follow your delivery. Delivery times are generally 2 to 5 business days after shipment. They may vary and be modified depending on the carriers or specific cases such as force majeure, strikes, etc. We will make every effort to respect delivery times as best as possible.

Article 5 – Customs Duties

Any order placed on our website and delivered outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and/or customs duties. These potential customs duties and taxes related to the delivery of an item are at your expense and are your responsibility. To find out about them, we advise you to check with the competent authorities in your country.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with European legislation, you have a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return the items to us without any justification.

During this period, you will handle the product and packaging with care. You will only use the product to the extent necessary to evaluate it.

Goods must be returned to us as soon as possible, undamaged, and accompanied by all accessories as received with your order.

Please mark "return goods" on the package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. A fixed fee of €6 applies to all returns and will be deducted from the refunded amount. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid any issues with lost packages.

We will refund the amount of your purchase, after deducting the €6 return fee, no later than 14 days following receipt of the return, using the payment method used for the order.

If, despite the care we take, you receive a defective product, you have the option to return it to us for an exchange or a refund. To do so, simply contact us at the email address contact@appart17.be and we will send you a new product in exchange for the defective one. Return shipping costs are at our expense in this specific case and no fixed fee will be applied.

Article 7 – Warranty and Liability

Our liability cannot be incurred in the event of stock shortages from our suppliers, nor in the event of failure to meet our contractual obligations due to an unforeseeable event or a case of force majeure.

Article 8 – Ownership

We remain the sole holder of intellectual property rights on any medium, subject to the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.

Article 9 – Personal Data

Information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order and our commercial relationship. The data is stored in your personal account by FOR ME K SPRL: this data allows your transaction to be carried out successfully. Once registered, this data allows you to perform future transactions more easily and receive our newsletter, which you have previously agreed to receive. You can delete your account or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending us an email at contact@appart17.be.
