Teddy ceramic bear vase, size S — Caramel

The childhood teddy bear, frozen in ceramic: seated, a big red bow around its neck, the top of its head open to hold a bouquet. The Teddy vase by DOIY plays on nostalgia without being saccharine — the glossy caramel glaze and sculptural form make it a true decor piece, with or without flowers. With ranunculuses or tulips poking out of its head, it makes everyone smile; alone on a shelf, it’s a little character. 16 cm tall. It is also available as a candle holder, salt and pepper shakers, and a mug in the same Teddy collection. DOIY has been based in Barcelona since 2008: Elodie and Jaime design home objects that put a twist on the everyday — a butter dish, a detergent bottle, a city pigeon — to turn them into decor pieces that make you smile. Glazed ceramic, delivered in its illustrated box: it’s already wrapped for gifting.
