Ceramic pigeon vase, size M — Grey

The city pigeon, finally rehabilitated. DOIY has turned it into a nearly life-sized vase: 19 cm of slate grey ceramic, iridescent green highlights on the neck, a round eye and a slightly wary look — everything that makes the charm of our sidewalk neighbor. The bouquet slips in through the back, and the bird looks like it's strutting around with it. It’s the kind of object that sparks a conversation as soon as you enter the room, the perfect gift for a city dweller, a Brussels local at heart, or anyone who has ever shared their sandwich on a bench. With or without flowers, it holds the pose. DOIY has been Barcelona since 2008: Elodie and Jaime design home objects that twist the everyday — a butter dish, a detergent bottle, a city pigeon — into decorative pieces that make you smile. Glazed ceramic, delivered in its illustrated box: it’s already wrapped and ready to gift.
