Women's bags: four brands, four ways to carry

Our women's bags range brings together houses that are nothing alike. Hindbag makes bum bags and crossbody bags in organic cotton, sewn in a fair-trade workshop in India, with velvet and tartan versions for winter. Rains brings waterproof backpacks and belt bags with a matte finish, made for Brussels rain. Neuville, the Brussels leather house founded in 1988, offers handmade leather and suede bags. Wouf adds mini bags and quilted shoppers in recycled polyester with cheerful prints.

Which bag for what?

• Every day, hands free: a bum bag by Hindbag or Rains, worn at the waist or across the body.
• Office or bike: a Rains backpack that keeps a laptop dry.
• Going out: a Neuville leather bag or a Wouf mini bag.
• Shopping: a cotton tote by Atelier Wagram or a Wouf shopper.

Expect around thirty euros for a cotton bum bag up to over €200 for a leather bag. Our laptop sleeves and pouches complete the range.

All bags are on display at 17 Rue des Grands Carmes, two minutes from the Grand-Place, 7 days a week from 11 am to 7 pm. Online: free delivery from €75 and 14-day returns.
