Our story

Appart 17 was born from a simple idea: to bring together under one name what we love to wear, what we love to give, and what we love to live with. Not three separate shops — one single vision applied to clothing, objects, and gifts.

Three doors on the same sidewalk

On Rue des Grands Carmes, right in the heart of Brussels, our boutiques sit side by side. 17 for women, 15 for men, 11 for children. You can move from one to the other in a few steps, and that’s intentional: a family can shop together without anyone getting bored in a corner.

The neighborhood matters: a stone's throw from the Stock Exchange and Saint-Jacques, among cafes and bookstores. It’s a place for strolling, not rushing.

A selection, not a catalog

We work with more than 70 brands, chosen one by one. Scandinavian houses with clean cuts, more colorful French brands, Belgian designers, and decorative objects that have no place in a supermarket.

None of them enter our stores because they sell well elsewhere. They enter because we want to wear or give them. It’s a demanding filter, and that is what makes the difference between a concept store and a department.

Open when you are

Our three boutiques are open 7 days a week, from 11 am to 7 pm. Including Sundays, because that’s often the only day you have time.

Online just like in store

Our website extends our shops rather than replacing them. Delivery is free on purchases over €75 to Belgium, France and the EU, returns are possible within 14 days, and in-store pickup is free: order online, ready within 1 hour during opening hours.
