Pingouin slipper socks with sleeping penguin, blue and white — Collégien

A sleeping penguin appears on the top of the foot: a fluffy-looking white face, closed eyes outlined with black lashes, an ochre beak and golden cheeks, on a slate-blue background. The leg ends in a matching white cuff, and a Lurex thread adds a shimmering touch to the design. The knit combines cotton, polyamide and viscose with a little elastane. Underneath, the injection-moulded sole is ergonomic, non-slip and micro-aerated; being flexible, it lets the foot move naturally, at home, at nursery or in class. These slipper socks can be machine washed at 30 °C with their insole in, then left to air-dry. They are made in France, in the Tarn. Available sizes: 22/23 to 34/35. If you are torn between two sizes, go for the larger one, as the slippers can shrink during manufacture.

Collégien is a French brand founded in 1947 by the Guille family, whose factory is in Briatexte, in the Tarn. Its slipper socks are all made there, under one roof, from knitting to the injection moulding of their ergonomic, non-slip, micro-aerated sole.
