Mermaid 3-drawer music box — Trousselier

This Trousselier music box in pink wood is illustrated with an underwater world: mermaids, seahorses, starfish, coral, fish, shells and a crab, on a golden sand background. Turn the crank: the mermaid figurine comes to life to the sound of Sleeping Beauty, a gentle lullaby to introduce little ones to classical music. Lift the lid, fastened with a gold shell-shaped clasp, to find an oval mirror and a pink inner compartment. Three drawers with gold knobs, one at the front and two on the sides, hold the child's little treasures. Recommended by the brand from birth, this music box decorates the nursery and makes a new-baby, christening or birthday gift to treasure. Trousselier is a French designer.

Founded in 1971 by Josette and Francis Trousselier, the French brand Trousselier, based in Fresnes (Val-de-Marne), designs new-baby gifts and pieces for little ones' nurseries: night lights, music boxes, musical mobiles and comforters, with licensed collections including The Little Prince, Peter Rabbit and Sophie la Girafe. Come and discover them in our children's shop at Rue des Grands Carmes 11 in Brussels, open 7 days a week.
