Swan Lake ballerina cube music box in blue — Trousselier

This Trousselier cube music box plays Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake. Turn the crank: the little ballerina in a white tutu comes to life to the sound of the melody, in front of an oval mirror. The blue wooden box is illustrated with a crowned swan, ballerinas, flowers and dragonflies under the moon; the white interior is scattered with little moons and stars. A metal clasp keeps the lid closed and a little drawer with a knob keeps those first treasures safe. Ideal from birth to decorate the nursery, it gently introduces little ones to classical music, and its tune becomes part of childhood memories for years to come. Presented in its windowed “La Petite Boîte à Musique” gift box, it makes a lovely new-baby, christening or birthday gift to treasure.

Founded in 1971 by Josette and Francis Trousselier, the French brand Trousselier, based in Fresnes (Val-de-Marne), designs new-baby gifts and pieces for little ones' nurseries: night lights, music boxes, musical mobiles and comforters, with licensed collections including The Little Prince, Peter Rabbit and Sophie la Girafe. Come and discover them in our children's shop at Rue des Grands Carmes 11 in Brussels, open 7 days a week.
